Water Treatment and Hot Water Supply
The water quality and the hardness of the brewing water play an important role of your premium beer. Soft water, a balanced calcium / Magnesium ratio, low chlorine levels, are some of the important factors.
We will evaluate your drinking water or town water analysis. If required, we will contact your water supplier and will incorporate the optimal water treatment required for your brewery.
An electrical or steam-heated hot water tank with an automatic frequency controlled booster system will guarantee the correct supply of brewing water for your Organic Brautheke® Brewpub Brewery at the right temperature at any time.
