A reliable, modern beer fermentation and maturation is not complete without a suitably optimised cooling system.
Ice storage systems provide continous cooling and allow for peak demands without increasing operating costs. This operational cost savings will enable the integration of additional room coolers for other purposes.
The refrigeration system is best located in the maturation cellar of your Organic Brautheke® Brewpub Brewery and is connected on the cold area of the brewery control system.
